Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician, while ensuring the highest level of safety and accuracy
Monitor and report any adverse reactions or concerns to the nurse or physician
Assist with vital signs, bathing, dressing, and grooming residents as needed
Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure a positive and supportive environment
Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions
