Client Accounting Bookkeeper (Remote)

An established and growing organization seeking a detail-oriented bookkeeping professional to support a portfolio of small to mid-sized business clients.

Perform full-cycle monthly bookkeeping including reconciliations, journal entries, financial reporting, and general ledger maintenance for clients with revenues between $1M$20M.

This is a full-time, ongoing opportunity with immediate hiring needs.

100% remote role supporting clients across various U.S. locations.

The company is expanding its client accounting services division and needs a reliable professional to ensure accurate and timely financials for its growing client base.

This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day bookkeeping needs of multiple clients, ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting while acting as a trusted accounting resource.

Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations

Maintain and update general ledger accounts

Prepare and post journal entries

Generate monthly financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)

Manage accounts payable and receivable processes

Assist with month-end and year-end close procedures

Communicate with clients to gather financial data and resolve discrepancies

Ensure adherence to accounting best practices and internal processes

3+ years of bookkeeping or client accounting experience

Experience working with small to mid-sized businesses preferred

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks or similar platforms)

Strong understanding of GAAP principles

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines independently

Strong communication skills in a remote environment
