If you love fitness and thrive on helping others reach their goals, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities:Lead dynamic group fitness and boxing-based classes for members of varying skill levelsDesign and deliver safe, effective workout programs tailored to individual and group needsDemonstrate proper boxing techniques, form, and safety protocolsMonitor and motivate members throughout workouts to maximize performance and resultsMaintain a clean, safe, and organized gym floor and equipmentBuild strong relationships with members to encourage retention and engagementTrack member progress and adjust training plans as neededRequirements:Certified Personal Trainer or Group Fitness Instructor (ACE, NASM, AFAA, or equivalent preferred)Prior experience in boxing, kickboxing, or combat sports fitness instruction is a plusStrong knowledge of exercise science, fitness programming, and injury preventionExcellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skillsCPR/AED certification required or ability to obtain upon hireEnergetic, reliable, and passionate about health and wellnessAbility to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, and weekendsAbout Us:Memphis Best Boxing Gym LLC is Memphis, TN's premier destination for boxing fitness, training, and community.
