Contract-to-Hire Opportunity
Are you a hands-on maintenance leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We're looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead a skilled maintenance team at a high-volume food production facility in Denver.
In this role, you'll drive equipment reliability, minimize downtime, champion workplace safety, and develop a team of technicians who keep operations running at peak performance. If you're passionate about leadership, problem-solving, and continuous improvement, we'd love to hear from you.
✅ High School Diploma or GED
✅ 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
✅ 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in maintenance
✅ Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
✅ Experience with:
✅ Working knowledge of CMMS systems
✅ Ability to read and interpret:
✅ Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
✅ Ability to work 12-hour shifts, weekends, and emergency coverage when needed
⭐ Associate Degree or Technical Certification
⭐ Food manufacturing or bakery production experience
⭐ HVAC, refrigeration, boiler, or utility systems experience
⭐ Welding and fabrication skills
⭐ Basic PLC troubleshooting experience
⭐ Experience with three-phase power and motor controls
You'll be working in a large-scale food manufacturing facility where safety, quality, and teamwork are top priorities.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $89316.00 - $102713.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
