The Role

We are seeking a skilled and innovative AI Engineer to join our team. This role will focus on building and deploying AI-powered applications, tools, and integrations that enhance client operations and improve efficiency. You will work closely with our consulting and development teams to design, implement, and optimize solutions leveraging machine learning, natural language processing, and automation frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and deploy AI/ML solutions for internal platforms and client projects.
  • Develop intelligent automation tools, predictive analytics models, and AI-powered chatbots.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and consultants to identify AI use cases and deliver business-ready solutions.
  • Implement integrations with ERP, CRM, and marketing platforms.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with client goals.
  • Research and evaluate emerging AI/ML frameworks, libraries, and APIs to keep Emerge ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or applied data science.
  • Strong proficiency with Python and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.).
  • Experience with NLP, LLM integration, and prompt engineering.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI/ML deployment.
  • Experience integrating AI with business systems (ERP, CRM, marketing tech, etc.).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD for ML models, and data pipeline automation.
  • Experience with no-code/low-code AI platforms and API integrations.
  • Understanding of data security, compliance, and ethical AI principles.
